About the Role
Offshore Elevate is looking for a strategic and client-focused Digital Account Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns and act as a bridge between our offshore teams and Canadian clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand goals, oversee execution, and ensure campaigns meet performance targets—on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs for the internal team (designers, content writers, media buyers, etc.)
- Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting
- Manage timelines and ensure smooth delivery across all digital touchpoints
- Coordinate with performance marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on KPIs
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies
- Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention
What You Bring
- 5–6 years of experience managing digital marketing accounts or clients
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and email marketing
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with an eye for detail and performance
- Previous experience with offshore or remote teams is a plus
