Digital Account Manager

Location: Remote (India-based, working with Canadian clients)
Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Type: Full-Time
Shift: Overlap with North American time zones preferred

About the Role

Offshore Elevate is looking for a strategic and client-focused Digital Account Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns and act as a bridge between our offshore teams and Canadian clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand goals, oversee execution, and ensure campaigns meet performance targets—on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs for the internal team (designers, content writers, media buyers, etc.)
  • Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting
  • Manage timelines and ensure smooth delivery across all digital touchpoints
  • Coordinate with performance marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on KPIs
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies
  • Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention

What You Bring

  • 5–6 years of experience managing digital marketing accounts or clients
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for detail and performance
  • Previous experience with offshore or remote teams is a plus
